Well it looks like what you were taught at school is working - ZPG is real now. It does make it difficult for an economy to grow if you have zero local population growth AND you crack down on immigration.

We really don’t know what the ultimate effect of AI will be. It has the potential to eradicate many jobs but I’m not sure what the effect on migration will be and I don’t really think anyone does tbh
